The conference will be held on the campus “Plaine de Nimy” (located Avenue Victor Maistriau, 7000 Mons) in the auditoria of the Vesale building (to be confirmed; building 8 on the map).

By car :

Access from Brussels/Namur via the E42 highway

Access from Valenciennes/Lille via the E19/E42 highway

The campus is located on Avenue Victor Maistriau, parking available on Avenue du Champ de Mars. Please note that the number of parking spots is limited.

By train :

The Belgian railway company (SNCB) provides information regarding journeys from and to Mons: https://www.belgiantrain.be/en

From Brussels (Bruxelles-Midi, Bruxelles-Central or Bruxelles-Nord stations) :     
The journey takes between one hour and one hour and a half. Direct trains or with connection.

From Lille (Lille-Flandres station):            
The journey takes one hour (direction Charleroi/Namur). Direct trains, or with connection in Tournai.

From Brussels Airport-Zaventem:             
The journey takes one hour and fifteen minutes to two hours. Direct trains or with connection.

Access from the train station in Mons :

The campus is located 25mn away from the station on foot.
